(If it is a match day and your favourite team is playing or you want to watch movie under the starts with your loved once we will set up a projector and Screen for you)

Tariff inclusions and exclusions

Inclusions:

 1) The villa will include one A/C room & one A/C hall , 2 washrooms and 10 extra beds will be provided if required.

 2) 1 supervisor / helper

 3) power back up (upto 10kva) . Kindly plan your needs accordingly and arrange for additional genset if your requirement exceeds this limit .

 4) RO drinking water

 5) 15 chairs , 3 round tables & 2 catering tables

 6) The villa is equipped with 2 induction hot plates (electric gas), a microwave & a fridge for your cooking needs. Request you to plan your needs   accordingly

 7) Basic set of crockery and cutlery is available.

Exclusions and terms:

1) We have a basic sound system . You can check if it works for you. If not, you can arrange it .

2) We will be providing a welcome drink . Any other food or drink of any sort is not included in our Scope .

3) Music has to be stopped after 10.00pm . After 10pm you can play the music in the hall .

4) Any damages to the property will be charged as per actuals mentioned in the agreement.

5) No glass bottles & glasses allowed inside the pool tomaintain cleanliness and safety.

6) Kindly arrange for swimming costumes if you are using the pool .

7) For food kindly try to Eco Friendly use disposable plates and glasses.

8) Any kind of illegal activity will not be allowed in the premises and guest will asked to vacate the place on immideate notice.

9) Sale and consumption of illegal substance is strictly prohibited.

10) Common area will be under CCTV surveillance 

11) Helper will be available from till 11:00 PM Only.
