The process of booking a picnic with us is simple and easy. Once you have submitted the enquiry form, we will check our availability and send you a quote within 24 hours.

We check the weather 48 and 24 hours prior to your reservation.If the forecast predicts rains, we will get in touch with you to discuss the options and the picnic can be rescheduled to a later date and time.

Picnic set up has to be booked at least a week in advance. We recommend you get in touch with us as early as possible to get a quote and then reserve your picnic by making the full payment.
