*The villa will include 2 rooms, 1 hall, dining area, kitchen and 2 washrooms. 

*1 supervisor/helper

TERMS: 

*Music has to be stopped at 10.00pm. After 10pm you can play the music in the hall. 

*Any damages to the property will be charged as per actuals mentioned in the agreement. 

*For food kindly try to use disposable plates and glasses. 

*Any kind of illegal activity will not be allowed in the premises and guests will be asked to vacate the place on immediate notice. *Sale and consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. *Common area will be under CCTV surveillance 

*Helpers will be available from till 9pm Only. 

*All rights reserved. 

*Payment terms 50% advance payment to be done during the booking and balance, payment to be done before checking in. Booking once done is non-refundable. 

*The guests are requested to keep the property clean and use dustbins.
