Rules and Regulations for Package Bookings

- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the package.

- Minimum Group Size: Please note that a minimum of 12 members is required for this package.

- Travel Documents: It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. The agency may provide guidance but is not responsible for document-related issues.

- Health and Vaccinations: Travellers are advised to check and comply with health requirements for their destination, including vaccinations and medical precautions.

- Behaviour: Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travellers, tour guides, and locals. The agency reserves the right to remove disruptive travellers from the tour.

- Baggage: Travellers are responsible for their baggage and should adhere to airline baggage regulations. Any additional fees are the traveller's responsibility.

- Special Requests: Any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or room preferences, should be communicated to the agency in advance. While efforts will be made to accommodate them, they are not guaranteed.

- Liability: The travel agency is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property, accidents, delays, or inconveniences caused by third parties, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the agency's control.

- Complaints: Any complaints or issues during the tour should be immediately brought to the attention of the tour guide or agency's local representative to allow for timely resolution.
